The client required a turnkey solution with multiple classroom spaces, administrative offices, and community gathering areas to support their K-12 educational mission.

Recognizing that the former Renaissance Church campus was ideally configured for educational use. The property's existing layout included purpose-built classrooms to accommodate 700+ students. Constraints required value-driven acquisition under $105/SF

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the school closed as of the end of the 2024-2025 school year and will not reopen.
