Zach is a Senior Associate at Hiltz Commercial Group who focuses on securing real estate solutions for mission-driven charter schools and educational operators across the Las Vegas Valley. As part of a specialized team, he has been involved in more than 25 school projects totaling over $200 million and 500,000 square feet, primarily serving schools committed to underserved communities.

Zach also plays a key role in the transformation of the Water Street District, a one-mile stretch in the heart of Downtown Henderson. He has contributed to more than $20 million in commercial transactions across over 10 properties in the area. His broader experience includes industrial tenant representation and advising both landlords and tenants on strategic leasing decisions throughout Southern Nevada.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is active in the Southern Nevada chapters of NAIOP and CCIM. He is also a graduate of Leadership Henderson (Class of 2023) and a member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
